“It’s true what they say, the day comes and goes so fast, and in a blink of an eye... You’re married! I keep having flashes of little memories of the day... a conversation, a look, the way the church sounded as everyone stood up just before I walked down the aisle... The moments you retain just start to gain momentum in your memory after the wedding, and I love reminiscing on all of them”

“In the morning, I woke up in the bridal suite with my maid-of-honor, and got ready first thing to go for a run around Nob Hill. Running hills definitely made it hard to focus on any nerves I had for the day, which was perfect. I could tell it was going to be a beautiful day in San Francisco, and it ended up not disappointing; fire-sky sunset and all.”

“As soon as I returned to The Fairmont, I knew that my friends, family, Stacey, and the Salt Spell Beauty glam squad would be showing up shortly. Let me tell you, once people arrive in the bridal suite the day just starts FLYING.”

“My mom and my girlfriends were really my saving grace through any stress I faced throughout the day, just because they were the people there with me through it all.”

“When my dad saw me for the first time, he started crying, and he never cries.”

“As we headed to the church on the cable car, I remember the excitement I had to see Nick. We had exchanged gifts and notes, but this was the first time I realized that I was actually going SEE him in a few minutes, and that it would be walking down the aisle. I couldn’t wait!”

“All of a sudden it was time for me to lock arms with my Dad, and take the walk down the aisle together. Such a sweet moment...”

“...and then “Whoosh!” I remember the whoosh of people standing up. Everything else was all a bit hazy except for the smile on Nick’s face. I’ll remember that forever.”

“After the ceremony it was all love. The 270’ view from the Crown Room at the Fairmont was incredible, especially at sunset. And seeing all the people closest to us in one place, having such a great time made it the most irreplaceable day ever.”

“My Dad’s speech, along with all the other speeches, go down as some of the sweetest thing I’ve ever heard, and they definitely brought tears to my eyes.”

“I had so much fun dancing to the band, and seeing everyone having a blast on the dance floor. But my favorite moment was dancing with Nick”

“I guess as cliche as it sounds, now I can say that I found my heart in San Francisco. I loved our wedding day, and I wish only the same for every couple as they embark on this fun and exciting journey!”
